Each time I try to overclock to 165Hz it resets completely the S2417DG (shows me a red screen) then stays at its 144Hz. I think the monitor "memory" is gone, because I try to enable overclock and then pulling it to the 165Hz and as soon as I ACCEPT the changes it prompts a RED+Dell screen and settings are gone! I just upgraded my video card (from a GTX 980 Ti to a RTX 2080).

I've set it to 144Hz in Windows and that's all perfect. Hi Guys, So I just got this monitor and it's amazing. I need the official response from Dell regarding to the support for G-sync at Oc'ed 165Hz.

I notice that you can overclock it to 165Hz and this is definitely noticeable compares to 144Hz. Color banding is there as I expected, but do not care much since I use it for gaming (I use U2718Q for other uses). I am unable to overclock the S2417DG either anymore.
