The Houtman Abrolhos Islands National Park encompasses all unoccupied islands and parts of islands not occupied by commercial fishers and aquaculture operators. The national park extends to the high water mark with curtilages around the jetty at East Wallabi Island and the proposed jetty at Beacon Island.
